 Ingredients :

    
150 g bean sprouts, remove the roots, brewed hot water
    
3 chicken eggs, boiled, peeled, cut into longitudes 2 parts
    
1 red tomato, cut 8 longitudinal section
    
150 g tempe, fried, thinly sliced
    
150 g tofu chinese, fried, thinly sliced
    
150 g long bean, lunch, cut 2 cm, boiled
    
150 g cabbage, remove the bone leaves, sliced ​​smooth, brewed hot water
    
150 g curly lettuce leaves, sliced ​​2 cm
    
1 cucumber, peeled, thin round slices

Peanut Sauce Materials:

    
3 pieces of red pepper, puree (if you want more spicy please add)
    
50 g brown sugar, comb
    
250 g peanuts, roasted, discarded, puree
    
5 cloves of garlic, puree
    
500 ml of coconut milk from ½ grated coconut
    
5 kaffir lime leaves
    
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    
3 tablespoons of tamarind water
    
1 tsp salt 


How to Make Gado-Gado:

 - First, fry it first to crisp skin. Lift, drain, and set aside.

Make a hopping sauce:

- Saute garlic, chilli, and orange leaves until fragrant
