Karaage is Japanese fried chicken that is fried to perfection with a crisp texture on the outside and super juicy and tender on the inside.
Karaage (Japanese Fried Chicken) is a popular appetizer or main dish at home or restaurants and often found in a bento box.
Karaage (唐揚げ), or Japanese fried chicken is made by marinating bite-size pieces of chicken in sake, soy sauce, ginger and garlic before coating them generously with potato starch. Here Below Easy Recipe Chicen Karage :



Ingredients :

     500 grams of chicken fillet
     1 tablespoon soy sauce
     1/4 teaspoon salt
     1/2 tsp pepper powder
     2 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

Chicken Karage Coatings
     100 gr wheat flour, sift
     1/2 tsp baking powder
     2 egg whites whipped off
     the oil for frying

How to Make Chicken Karage
1. Cut chicken fillets 3 × 3 cm then soak them in a mixture of salt, pepper, soy sauce and garlic.
2. Let stand 20 minutes until the spices soak.
3. Dip a piece of chicken into the egg whites then roll on wheat flour that has been mixed with baking powder. Repeat 2 times to make it thicker.
4. Fry in hot oil until brownish yellow.

     Lift and serve.
